30 days, free, no restock fees. If it doesn't work for you, send it back — we cover the return shipping. Refunds hit the original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching our facility. Once you're signed in, the return portal at /account/returns prints a carrier label without a support ticket.

Yes. If you need a different size or product, let us know within 30 days. We'll swap it out at no extra shipping cost. If the new item costs more, we charge the difference. If it costs less, we refund it.
