Size Guide

baseball fit.

Baseball jerseys are cut roomy to fit over chest protectors and shoulder pads. Cleats run true to street size for most brands (Mizuno tends to run a half-size small). Helmets and batting gloves are measurement-based, not size-letter based.

Fit notes

  • Cleats: order your standard US shoe size for Nike/Adidas/New Balance. Mizuno runs a half-size small — go up half.
  • Fielding gloves are measured by pocket length (inches), not S/M/L. Infielders typically use 11.25"–11.75"; outfielders 12"–12.75"; catchers 32"–34" mitts.
  • Bat length is height + weight based — see USSSA / Easton / Rawlings sizing guides for player-specific recommendations.
