Size Guide

golf fit.

Golf apparel runs to standard sizing — slightly trimmer than streetwear in modern performance lines, true-to-size in classic country-club brands. The most-customized item is the glove: it should fit like a second skin. Shoes are true to size for most brands.

Fit notes

  • Glove fit is binding: too loose and you'll lose grip pressure mid-swing; too tight and the leather splits in two rounds.
  • Cabretta leather gloves: best feel, weakest in rain. Synthetic gloves: more durable, less feel — get one of each.
  • Spike-less shoes are now the default for most resort and weekend play. Spiked shoes outgrip on wet/hilly courses but you can't drive in them.
